Z mission sign post not working - Guild Wars Forums

I signed in on one of my characters, Gadwin Dragonhart, to pick up today's, 01-12-2015, Z mission. I have no other Z quests, I walk up the the z sign post, and get the no mission available error message. I change characters and my other characters can get the mission, just not this one. It's just the Z mission, the other posts all work. Anyone know why?

there is a bug, if the last time you played that character you turned in that reward and did not leave the area (map out, go to guild hall, etc), you will not be able to get that quest/bounty/vanquish again--it thinks you just did it.

edit:
"BUG: A character will lose the opportunity to take a quest the next time it appears in the cycle if after accepting the quest reward and before the next time that quest appears in the cycle that character does not change districts, zone, nor log out and log back in."

I don't know, I can't remember if I did the Nundu bay as a z mission last time it cam up. The only reason I am doing it today is because I din't bother getting the bonus the first time. I guess I'll just wait and see what happens tomorrow.

you wont be able to get it this time around if its the bug I mentioned, you will have to wait for it another cycle sorry to say. Best thing is to always remember after you get your reward to move your character out of that area (embark or great temple) and it wont happen again (I have done it multiple times--not on my main account, but my alts which I only play so often).

I had a chance to check it out. That must be what happened, bucause Nundu bay is mastered. I just forgot that I did. In my defense I have been spending a lot of time converting my second account to all faction level 20 pve mules for Zen Daijun VQ.
